The Eclipse© Wave Compression™ 8C arm sleeve without a control unit is intended for customers who already own a compatible Eclipse© 8C control unit.

It is ideal for adding targeted arm compression to an existing system, replacing a current sleeve or expanding your Eclipse routine.

A compatible Eclipse© Wave Compression™ 8C control unit is required. This product is sold without the control unit and charger. If you do not already own one, choose a compatible complete set.

The Eclipse© 8C arm sleeve is sold individually.

If you want sleeves for both arms, two units are required.

The product includes one arm compression sleeve, air hose, connector and a clear user guide.

It does not include the control unit or mains charger and is designed for use with a compatible Eclipse© Wave Compression™ 8C unit.

The arm sleeve applies progressive sequential compression from the hand towards the shoulder.

It is designed to create an enveloping massage sensation and greater arm comfort. It is not intended to diagnose or treat swelling, lymphedema or another medical condition.

The sleeve can be useful as a comfort-focused massage when an arm feels heavy, tired or puffy.

The air chambers apply progressive pressure across the arm. Compression should remain comfortable and never painful; persistent or unexplained swelling should be medically assessed.

If you have diagnosed or suspected lymphedema, do not self-treat it with a wellness compression sleeve without medical guidance.

A healthcare professional should confirm whether pneumatic compression is appropriate, particularly after lymph-node removal, surgery or in the presence of other medical risk factors.

Do not use the sleeve after surgery, lymph-node removal or in a situation with lymphedema risk unless the healthcare professional managing your care has approved it.

Only a qualified professional can advise whether pneumatic compression is suitable and which pressure, duration and frequency are appropriate.

Some people with lipedema affecting the arms may consider pneumatic compression as part of a broader comfort-focused routine.

The sleeve does not treat or cure lipedema and does not replace specialised care. If you have diagnosed or suspected lipedema, significant pain or tissue sensitivity, ask your healthcare professional before use.

Many users choose sessions of around 20–30 minutes several times per week, depending on comfort and goals.

Start at a moderate intensity. Compression should feel progressive and comfortable across the hand, forearm, upper arm and shoulder.

Before ordering, check your measurements to make sure the sleeve fits comfortably and can be positioned correctly along the arm.

Compression boots focus mainly on the legs: ankles, calves and thighs. Compression pants cover a wider area of the lower body, including the legs, thighs, hips and glutes.

The arm sleeve is designed specifically for the arm, from the hand to the shoulder, for targeted air-compression sessions.

The sleeve may help the arm look and feel less puffy when water retention or temporary swelling is part of the concern.

It is not a substitute for an overall skincare or wellness routine, but it can be incorporated into regular air-compression sessions for targeted comfort.

Air-compression therapy is not recommended in cases of deep-vein thrombosis (DVT), suspected or acute phlebitis, decompensated heart failure, skin infection, open wounds in the treatment area or uncontrolled high blood pressure.
