Returns policy

At Eclipse©, we want every experience to feel clear, reassuring and considered. If you are not entirely satisfied with a delivered product, you have 30 days from receipt to request a return, subject to the conditions below.

This allows us to guide you and helps avoid delays or issues when your return is received and processed.

Return period

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, Eclipse© will refund the price of the product within 7 days.

Return acceptance conditions

For the return to be accepted, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

Original packaging
The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Full working order
The device must work and must not be damaged.

Clean product
The item must be cleaned before it is sent back.

All accessories included
All components and any accessories must be included.

Important : a return sent to another address may be delayed or the parcel may not be received correctly.

Exercising your right of withdrawal

Under Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within the period stated above.

To do so, please send your request by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt, stating your contact details, order number, the product concerned and your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
