What are pressotherapy extensions for?
Eclipse© Wave Compression™ extensions widen your pressotherapy boots or pants so you can adjust the device to your body shape.
They are particularly helpful if your device is slightly too snug around the thighs, calves, shins or hips, depending on the model. The aim is to maintain comfortable, even and effective compression throughout your sessions.
Are the extensions compatible with the 8C and 12C PRO ranges?
Yes. Eclipse© extensions are compatible with pressotherapy devices in the Eclipse© Wave Compression™ 8C and 12C PRO ranges.
Size M 8C boot extensions are compatible with 12C PRO boots.
Which options are available?
Eclipse© extensions are available in three variants:
Size S boot extensions, designed for size S boots.
Size M boot extensions, designed for size M boots.
Pants extensions, designed for Eclipse© pressotherapy pants.
Choose the variant that matches your device to ensure a proper fit.
Are extensions available for both boots and pants?
Yes. Dedicated extensions are available for Eclipse© compression boots and Eclipse© compression pants.
Boot extensions add room around the leg, while pants extensions provide additional room around the waist and hip area. Choose the variant that matches your device.
How many extra centimetres do the extensions add?
Depending on the compatible device and extension selected, Eclipse© extensions can provide up to 10 cm of additional thigh circumference and approximately 6 cm around the calf or shin.
Check the measurements listed for your exact variant before ordering.
Are extensions sold individually or in pairs?
Eclipse© extensions are sold as a pair.
This allows you to equip both boots or both sides of the pants, depending on the selected variant. Before ordering, make sure you choose the correct option: size S boots, size M boots or pants.
Do extensions reduce the effectiveness of pressotherapy?
No. When fitted correctly, extensions are designed to work with the device without reducing its effectiveness.
They can actually improve wearing comfort, making sessions more pleasant and easier to repeat regularly. Excessively tight compression may be uncomfortable; extensions help maintain a more even pressure suited to your body shape.
How do I know if I need extensions?
Consider extensions if your boots or pants are too tight, difficult to close or uncomfortable around the thighs, calves, shins, hips or buttocks.
The aim is not to wear an excessively tight device, but to enjoy comfortable, progressive compression. If the garment already feels very restrictive before the session even starts, extensions can make the experience more comfortable.
Are the extensions easy to install?
Yes. Eclipse© extensions are designed to be quick and straightforward to install.
They attach to your device to add room in the relevant areas. Once fitted, position them correctly to maintain even, comfortable compression throughout the session.
Are extensions useful if I’m between sizes?
Yes. Extensions can be a good solution if you are between two sizes or need a little more room in certain areas.
They help fine-tune the fit, particularly when the device is the right length but too snug around the thighs, calves or hips.
Are the extensions suitable for every body shape?
Extensions widen the device and can make it more comfortable for many different body shapes.
However, they do not replace choosing the right initial size. We recommend checking the measurements on your device’s product page first, then adding extensions if you need extra adjustment.
Do the extensions include a control unit?
No. Extensions are accessories sold separately.
They do not include a control unit, charger or pressotherapy device. They must be used with compatible Eclipse© boots or pants.
Eclipse© Wave Compression™ extensions are designed to adapt your pressotherapy boots or pants to your body shape. They add room where the garment may feel too tight, particularly around the thighs, calves, shins, hips or pelvis depending on the device.
Available in three variants — extensions for size S boots, size M boots and pants — they help maintain a comfortable, gradual and even pressotherapy experience without compromising compression quality.
These extensions are compatible only with Eclipse® 8C pressotherapy devices. Depending on the option selected, they can be used with compatible 8C devices such as Eclipse® 8C pressotherapy boots or Eclipse® 8C pressotherapy pants.
They are not compatible with the Eclipse® 12C Pro range. If you own a 12C Pro device, choose the extensions designed specifically for the 12C Pro range.
For a proper fit and a comfortable session, make sure you select extensions that match your Eclipse® pressotherapy device exactly.
A pressotherapy device should fit snugly, but should never feel uncomfortable even before the session begins. Extensions add space when boots or pants are too tight around the thighs, calves, shins or hips.
